How the suggestions work
The check uses a fixed set of reviewed recommendations, not generated advice. If your tool inventory is incomplete, it suggests documenting tools, tasks and owners. If working rules are missing, it suggests defining data boundaries and accountable human review. Documented controls still need evidence that they work.
For example, a business preparing a rollout without documented rules should agree approved uses, information restrictions and reviewers before expanding access. The check does not inspect your systems or verify your answers.
Want a review of your actual AI use?
The AI Governance Risk Snapshot reviews a bounded set of tools and supplied evidence, with a decision map and practical action plan. See an illustrative report excerpt to inspect the approach; it is not a client case study.
Source basis
The questions reflect inventory, accountability and control themes in the National AI Centre essential AI practices and NIST AI Risk Management Framework. This is a starting point for discussion, not certification or formal assurance.
